Return Policy
All of our signs are custom made which are all non-refundable due to “change of mind”. So please make sure you’re 100% happy with your choice!
We’ll make sure that your sign is working at 100% before we send it out, however in the case of it being delivered damaged or broken, we will need you to notify us within 24 hours in writing, along with photo evidence of the sign and damaged packaging. Returns will be at the buyer’s cost.
Faulty signs will be repaired and sent back at our cost. Please contact us immediately via email if you need to organize a return for a faulty sign.
